We love pulling out this recipe when we want something light yet satisfying, whether it's for a weekend brunch, a party platter, or an elevated snack.
The inspiration came from our favorite bagel shop, where smoked salmon and cream cheese reign supreme. We took those classic flavors and gave them a keto twist by rolling them into a low-carb crepe made with almond flour or coconut flour. Add a little fresh dill, peppery arugula, and everything comes together into these beautiful pinwheels that are as fun to make as they are to eat.
