Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray or olive oil.
Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Whisk the Eggs

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Muffins
