Description

Juicy, flavorful steak bites tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, served with crispy roasted broccoli. A quick and easy keto dinner that’s packed with protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients
    For the Roasted Broccoli:
  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • For the Steak Bites:
  • 1 lbs 1.5 sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
    Step 1: Roast the Broccoli
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread them out evenly and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and slightly charred.
  4. Step 2: Cook the Steak Bites
  5. While the broccoli is roasting, pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of butter.
  7. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary). Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  8. Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining butter to the skillet. Stir in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  9. Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
