A Crunchy, Cheesy, and Guilt-Free Keto Snack!

These Crispy Zucchini Parmesan Chips are a deliciously low-carb alternative to traditional chips, made with thinly sliced zucchini rounds coated in parmesan and almond flour, then baked or air-fried until golden and crispy. A perfect snack or side dish to satisfy your crunchy cravings!

Ingredients
    For the Zucchini Chips:
  • 2 medium 2 zucchinis, sliced into 1/8-inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin 1/8-inch rounds for maximum crispiness.
  3. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. Coat the Zucchini Rounds:
  5. In one bowl, whisk together the egg and water.
  6. In another bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Dip each zucchini slice into the egg mixture, then dredge in the parmesan-almond flour mixture, pressing gently to coat.
  8. Bake or Air-Fry:
  9. For Baking: Arrange the coated zucchini rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil and bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  10. For Air Frying: Arrange the rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with olive oil, and air-fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  11. Serve & Enjoy:
  12. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy as a snack, side dish, or dip into marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic aioli!
